All meeting rooms are equipped with motorized screens and a set of loudspeakers.  A portable projector and Audio/Video system is also provided. A  signal  from  the Auditorium control room can be fed to, or received from each meeting room. Other special presentation equipment can be obtained from the Business Center at a reasonable price.
